The location is great. There is no gym or large hot tub in this hotel which is a bit of a bummer but the room has a large tub and size of the room was very good.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Naha city! The rooms are comfortable and roomy, everything is so clean. They offer frre breakfast buffeft and was incredibly delicious and had great variety. We loved our stay. 5 nights total. Super convenient if you want to walk around , shop and gave dinner after a day expliring. Thry also have laundry

Outstanding customer service and attention. Rooms are very nice and clean. Property over all is very clean and in a great location. Convenience is also great! Only downside is parking here, itā€™s expensive and limited. I will come again, Thank you for a great stay!

Reasonable and comfortable hotel stay in Naha City

Hotel room is clean and comfortable, but too small to accommodate when we open our 2 X 29" luggage. Hotel room is well equip and with nice city view. Breakfast is good with many varieties. Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient store.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and kind and were always available to provide assistance. The free breakfast was excellent! I didnā€™t realize it was included when I booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. So yummy! Sadly, the pool was closed because of the rain but it looked nice. Parking was super easy and not too expensive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naha.

We enjoyed at stay in mid-September at the Hewitt Resort. It's a popular destination for tours/school trips, but this was not a problem. The breakfast buffet has a diverse selection of high quality foods and was a real delight. The service from the desk staff and restaurant was impeccable.

Staff were excellent, the room as well, and do the breakfast. I wish the hotel had an email address in English and some sort of cafeteria. It would have been nicer if they did not charge for the use of the swimming pool.

Have to pay for the use of the pool, I would suggest the hotel use a timetable instead of a paying system. The hotel arranged for a 3rd bed in advance without additional charge so this is really good.

Cozy place and nice staff

The hotel is cozy and the staff are nice. They helped me to receive and store the parcel that I sent to the hotel before my arrival. They passed the whole parcel to me during my check-in. Appreciate it!

I paid extra for a room with a city view. Got a view of the back of the hotel. I went and explained to front desk they told me not all rooms had a view. I explained i paid for it. They told me sorry all rooms are full. No discount, no solution. Very frustrating. Also the pool cost 1,100 yen to swim in... not included. Breakfast was good

Good location attracts me to choose that hotel. But Family trip in 3 persons with a terrible small room. 5 stars level hotel makes us disappointed. Many different hotel can choose about this budget. Don't come back again.

The corridor at each floor looks creepy. I understand that it is an imitation of the deep sea but my girl was scared saying it seems like the dangerous sunk ship where little mermaid looked for treasure in the movie. Do not choose having breakfast at 13/F. Food and drinks were not refilled and not tasty. Havent tried the restaurant at 1/F. We were given the wrong room number (written by the staff in the card holder). Initially we thought the card was not working and went to the reception to change the card. Then we discovered there were guests in the room and the staff found out the room number they gave us was wrong. The attitude of the staff was nice though. The room was very small after an extra bed (we havent requested an extra bed) was placed.
