Clean rooms. Cool concept, had all the amenities we needed, friendly staff and great location. Easy to get to and from metro stations and airport transportation.
Loved the location of this hotel - super short walk from a main station and close to the main street in Akihabara. The bathroom was pretty small but the room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. You can definitely hear the train but it didn't bother us.
great location to shop around akihabara, and a nice small room for a solo traveler. the staff was also super helpful on things to do in the area, and where to get around for my trip back home. would definitely stay again!

Great location
The location was good.
Rooms were ok
Check out time was a bit early
Late checkout fee was reasonable but only allowed 2 hrs extention
Had to stay a quick night and the location of being under a railway was intriguing. Also being in Akihabara was convenient.Nice little lobby/cafe.Rooms were clean and felt cozy.I was able to sleep fine personally and my friends did too.
This hotel was clean, convenient, and staff were friendly. You can definitely hear the trains go over the hotel while in your room. Hotel provides earplugs.
Very cool rooms, close to the trains and shopping area. All short walking distances. The hotel has nice cafe right in the lobby. Perfect 5 night stay for a family of 4. (5&8 years old)
The staff were extremely helpful. This hotel has such a cool vibe. The location is amazing. Everything was within walking distance. You had the train station and restaurants less than a block away.
Highly recommend this hotel.
The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cafe inside the hotel was extremely convenient and reasonable in pricing. 7 minute walk to Akihabara train station which was a major plus!
Perfect location near to Akihabara station. Family of 4 slept comfortably on each bed. Sound of train didn't bother us since we were so tired from all day adventures. Bath/toilet room might be a little tight for big people but we didn't had an issue. Free amenities include mask and wash cloth, toothbrush etc .. were great. Front desk stuff can speak both English and Japanese thoroughly and very helpful. Key coffee shop within is also great. Very tasty hot coffee. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
We ended up arriving in Tokyo a night early so we booked here to stay for one night. Very comfortable and everyone was really nice at the front desk. The train is loud, but really wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed our night here.
Right by the JR line so it was easy access to transportation. It is a cool place to stay as long as you don’t mind a bit of train noise, if it bothers you that much they do offer earplugs at the front which is really nice! The walls are a bit thin and the people who stayed next to us were really loud and kept us up most of the night but besides that it was wonderful!
noise is most problem in this hotel. But there service and room conditions tried keep good. Overall rate 8 / 10 to me

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Will need to get used to the railway train. I thought there might've been a sound wall or "new tech" to shield some of train sounds, but it was a tough transition for my ears. Front desk service was helpful in looking up airport transportation options & luggage storage. Tight room for a family of 5 but we made it through.
The location was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Although our group of 4 was cramped in there, we didn’t stay for too long in the room and it was very convenient to reach the train station. My only complaint is that the sides by the beds are very very dusty. Other than that, no complaint.
Staying in this hotel is a very unique and interesting experience. Excellent location. Amazing staff. Very clean, but this is not a traditional hotel - not in a bad sense though if you are open to non traditional ways of accommodation. A word of caution: if you have low tolerance of noises ( thinking about trains passing literally overhead) you might want to think twice before booking this one.
This is a fantastic little hotel in the heart of a bustling neighborhood but on a side street that isnt too busy. We came here straight off the plane and jetlagged. I had lost my passport and the receptionist called the police and helped me find it.
Their service was fantastic and it was such a unique space to be in
You can hear the trains, they run right over regularly however they didn't bother us at all and I found them strangely soothing.
There is a cafe bar linked to the hotel, really lovely, great spot for a morning coffee
This was a really cool hotel. We had 5 people with us and booked the room with double bunked beds and a single bed. The room was small but still comfy. I thought the sound from the subway would bother me but it really didn’t. Not saying that it wasn’t loud, just saying it wasn’t bothersome. They do offer ear plugs and other toiletry items for free. It’s in the anime district and many walkable places. The cafe was good as well and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely book again if I come back to Japan.
This is a great place to stay. Warning for those sensitive to noise, this hotel is under the train rail way and the trains starts at 5am till 12mn so expect the usual train noise during those times (hotel offers earplugs). My family and I aren't that sensitive, and it is sort of ambient noise that helps us sleep.
Place is clean, very close to all the critical places you'd need in Akihabara: train stations, dining, shopping and sight-seeing.
My only concern is that they use QR code for entry to the building and to the room. They don't have 24x7 staff, so the QR code is very crucial for a good experience so make sure to take a photo and keep the original printed paper safe.
Highly recommended place!
my family of four traveled to Tokyo for the first time. This hotel is located perfectly next to Akihabara station. it is a two minute walk to the station literally allowing us to access all Tokyo had to offer. Our room was spacious enough for all four of us and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The café is exceptional the coffee the breakfast foods and the dinner foods were well beyond what you would expect. I would definitely enjoy the café more often had I known better. Is extremely safe all throughout Tokyo and I felt very comfortable in this hotel. The best part of this hotel was the staff they go above and beyond to help you especially being from the United States. They are extremely kind. I had lost my passport at Narita airport. The staff took it upon themselves to notify the airport locate my passport and then give me exact instructions on how to retrieve it. They gave me exact directions via public transit which is much cheaper than taxi service in Tokyo. I couldn’t have been more thankful and again they were absolutely wonderful in helping me. I would not hesitate to stay here at any point if I return to Tokyo. It’s also conveniently located next to electricity which is fun for a family. thank you so much for making our family trip so wonderful
