The room is tidy and big, but the bed is little hard. The door step of bathroom is little higher. The breakfast just OK. I go with a child, so I ask the receptionist for a extra pillow, and I got it at next night, the service is quite good.

Was very easy to check in and out. The only thing missing from the room was the magnet for the door for the eco clean/do not disturb, as we only stayed two nights (that wasn't an issue though). Staff are friendly and very helpful. 6 minutes walk from the station made it easy and in a great location to walk to Skytree (30 minutes) and the markets too.

It was almost perfect but missing a towel rack..the wall shows the ugly screw holes ...staff were very attentive ...more attentive than best hotels I've been to but the lobby is too small for breakfast ..really way way too small .
