The rooms are spacious and you can get your towels and rubbish cleared easily by using a magnetic tab on your day to alert cleaning staff.
The room was a good size we stopped in and had views of the city.
It’s in a great spot within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and even Shinjuku is very walkable …
It could’ve been cleaner but look overall I was very pleased with the hotel an the room we had.
It was a great option for a slightly longer stay as the room was spacious, contained a washing/dryer machine, microwave and small kitchen sink. There was a little confusion on the luggage transportation as I was told on separate occasions by different staff on how long it takes to send my luggage to Narita. Staff should ensure all convey the correct information to guests to avoid unnecessary stress and confusion.
Friendly staff and helpful staff. Also, convenient location to train station.

Front desk staffs were helpful and accommodative, the room is roomy, cleaned and has all that you ever needed, with a bathtub too !
Walking distance to Yotsuya station and 30mins walk to Shinjuku area. Short walk to bars and restaurants.
Room had everything you could ask for. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, a place to cook and laundry. Location is nice, quiet at night and a train station down the street. Will be coming back here 100%.

Old apartment conversion hotel. Shower had mold. Shower head was like a RV shower with varying low and high pressure. Convenient location, and nice coffee drink bar, but I would not stay here again.

Excellent staff with great English ability. My room was perfectly clean, AC worked well, and it had a good sized bathroom. Very convenient location, just a 2 minute walk from Yotsuya station, and there's a 24hr Family Mart right next to the hotel entrance.
My stay at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya Shinjuku Area was excellent.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, always ready to assist with a smile.
The location is convenient, close to public transportation and very quiet. I especially appreciated having a washing machine in the room — a real bonus for a longer stay.
Overall: impeccable service, great comfort, and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Deluxe double room. Washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer in room were very convenient. Our balcony overlooked a residential neighborhood giving us a feeling of typical Japan living.
As far as we are concerned, the hotel is very nice, the staff are excellent and very attentive. It’s located in a very chill area of Tokyo with many restaurants, bars, grocery and convenience, stores, and more! I would disregard the majority of reviews talking about it being an older hotel, because that simply does not matter. The room size is great for Tokyo and it’s super easy to get to wherever you want to go, whether you’re taking the train a taxi or an Uber. Definitely would stay here again.
