The staff was excellent and very helpful! They assisted with baggage pickup and transfer to Narita airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The food breakfast options are limited but laundry options are plenty on the first floor. Overall very nice stay!

Lots of restaurants nearby, walkable to several train stations. Shrine next door having a festival one of the nights we stayed so we were able to visit. The room itself was very clean, but the walls were heavily scuffed from years of guests. A fresh coat of paint would make it look much more updated and tidy. Overall great stay!

I had a great stay here! It's just a quick walk to Metro/Toei lines that will take you to mostly anywhere in Tokyo. The staff were very kind and helpful. There's great food within steps of the hotel and if you're lucky enough to be around in cherry blossom season the streets are goreous. The rooms do show their age and the room felt a little humid on the rainy days, but overall it's a great stay for a good price.

The staff made check in and check out very seamless. The hotel is about a 5min walk to the closest train station and about a 10 min walk to the other train station. Very centralized and convenient for food, transportation and shopping. Right around the corner from the hotel was a family mart and on the main roads there were plenty of places to eat and buy groceries and appliances (if needed). All the staff were very warm and welcoming!

Staff was extremely polite and understanding of the language barrier that was there. The amenities were nothing short of clean and amazing. The area was a short walk to multitude of restaurants and to the train lines.
