This hotel is fairly new, it smells clean, the rooms are small, but most Tokyo hotel rooms are. We chose a corner room and had a nice view of the city. I found this to be a great place to stay, it feels quiet but you're just a few train stops from the action. I would choose it again.

The hotel was very well located, within easy walking distance of everything in Ginza and just around the corner from Ginza Six. The staff were helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The complimentary snack bar was a nice touch, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, including FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson. Getting to Haneda Airport was also very convenient, with a train station just a short walk away that has escalator access. The hotel has laundry rooms on several floors, which is convenient, but getting an available machine can be a bit of a battle during busy times. Fortunately, you can check the status of the machines through the TV in your room, which helps.

Excellent location, close to Higashi-Ginza station and Shinbashi Station. Easy to find on a main street. Laundry machine facility was useful for hot summer travel. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast was dismal, maybe if you are into Japanese breakfast, it’s ok. There’s no espresso machine, only coffee in carafe on hot stove, only cheapest bread provided, salad lettuce oxidized didn’t look freshly prepared on the day. I recommend to go out to coffee shop nearby for freshly brewed coffee and freshly prepared sandwich. Nonetheless, this restaurant lunch menu was very good and cheap.
