The food Options were very good and to reiterate, the staff were absolutely outstanding we also visited the museum across the driveway and it was a pleasant surprise all in all an A+ effort, even though the hotel itself is a bit pricey, but well worth it compared to others Arigato.

The room and staff are beyond 10 stars. The only thing we didn’t like was the food at the hotel bar on the rooftop . Breakfast was excellent, we ate one night at the starlight lounge on the top floor, and the food was horrible. Go to the starlight lounge only for drinks.

Absolutely outstanding! Everything from the most important details (bedding, room space, location) was incredibly well kept, clean. Additional facilities such as restaurant options, quality of food can't be beaten. Spa facilities are superb. Location is excellent, in a business/embassy's row location but close to public transportation and shopping and dining options. I will definitively come back to The Okura for my next stay in Tokyo.
