Shimbashi was a great base for easily going around Tokyo and to Kamakura with two young kids and two adults. The hotel was clean with friendly service and had a lovely little breakfast. The room was a bit small for two adults and two kids (8 and 6), but it was a great stay all the same!

This is a tiny hotel, but it's clean and nice hotel. The staff members are friendly. I had a great stay. The neighborhood is safe and there are convenience stores and small restaurants near the hotel. Very convenient and reasonable. I will return!

Breakfast is literally a small cup of soup with a bread or cookie. Wouldn't recommend it. Otherwise the hotel was good. Room wasn't spacious either, but that's expected around this area for simple double rooms.

Everything is great. Staff are all nice and friendly. Location is perfect, there are many subway stations to be chosen. Room is big enough in Tokyo. Will definitely consider to stay here again when visiting JP next time

Property is about 7 mins walk from Shimbashi and at a quieter section and alley. Convenience of food and transport but yet close enough. Check out at 11am is also a plus.

Hotel is situated in a quiet street. Staff were extremely friendly and approachable. Rooms were a little small but extremely clean. Approx. 8 min walk to Shimbashi station. The daily breakfast was ok, but the daily pastry was delicious.

Great little property. Very clean. Small, as expected. Was staying as family of 4, so room a bit small, but still enjoyed. Probably wouldn't stay for a long time. Service was great. Good location. Only thing i didn't like was the room was very stuffy. Couldn't change the temperature to make it cooler

The housekeeping service is only every 3 days though they pick up trash and change towels daily. The room for four was so tiny that two people could hardly pass in a room. The location is also a bit farther from the train station than I would like (10 minutes).
