This hotel was VERY quiet. They served a very generous western / Japanese style continental breakfast. They had a wonderful onsite onsen that was not crowded, and the staff was very accomodating. Not to mention a nightly self serve open bar with excellent liquor choices. We loved our stay here, despite the very small room.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The connected rooms were ideal for our stay with our teen kids. The eating area and Welcome Bar was an inviting place and location was great.
Amazing stay. Helpful staff, lots of things to do within a 5 minute walk, right next to Ginza line for easy transport to major areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Skytree, etc. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks were great bonuses. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Stayed in 1 with bunk beds with my 2 siblings. Will be staying again next time I visit Japan!
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. All staffs are super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast buffet and big bathtub everyday. And the location is superb.
The hotel provided a good place to stay for a week. Good connections to transit, excellent breakfast to help start the day off on the right note. The room was relatively clean. Managing the use of space was challenging, especially when using the corners and the fridge area. More options for storage like hangers and hooks could help.
Excellent hotel! Great breakfast and free evening drinks. The onsen was fantastic, and perfect after long days walking. Tattoo friendly. The location was great multiple subway stations within walking distance and JR rail. Staff were so lovely and so helpful. Can’t wait to come back with my family! Thank you!
The stay was amazing and the location was super close to the heart of akihabara, the only issue was the beds blanket was a little to small and the pillow was uncomfortable. Aside from that the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was amazing, the hot springs bath was also extremely pleasant, I'll definitely be returning if i come back to japan.
Compact but very efficient. Love the free breakfast amd free drinks. Evening adult drunks are also free! Super convenient to get to Akihabara and Ueno.
