The staff and placement of hotel was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from shimbashi station and only a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Ginza. My room had a nice view and was well assorted and clean. I traveled solo so I was able to accumulate to the small room but was very comfortable!

Location of the hotel is great and very close to the Shimbashi Station where you have many different lines to use. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and they have many coin laundries within the house. I can highly recommend this chain hotel! Also they borrow you an umbrella if you need one - which is great.

The rooms are tiny considering the price they charge. The breakfast was not that good. You are better off buying breakfast in the convenience store that is connected to the lobby. The rooms are clean. The location is good and just a 6 minute walk to a train station with several train lines. The staff was friendly. They do not allow early check-in or late check out unless you pay extra. Overall it is a decent hotel in a good area.

A 5-7min walk from the closest Shimbashi station. It's easy access to the train system, and a quiet spot to stay. Staff keep the place clean and there's plenty of offered amenities on the first floor. Minimal contact needed with the hosts and with a convenient store attached on first floor to easily pick up food or water.

Great location with very friendly staff. Close to the train station and it was very convenient to nearby food and attractions. But the room is incredibly small, to the point where it was difficult to find space to open our suitcase. Would come back again, but maybe when I have less luggage.

Excellent hotel for exploring Tokyo. Location is very close to Shimbashi station, plethora of small restaurants FamilyMart and Lawson around the corner. We had 2 rooms on the 15 floor with view of Tokyo Tower. Room, bathrooms very clean, with small fridge and kettle. The rooms are tiny but adequate for 2 people. Highly recommend this hotel.
