The picture shows some relatively modern rooms and bathroom. We were staying at the ground level and let me say the rooms are very old and the wallapaper is yellowed and peeling. Headbord and nightstand with a thick coat of dust. I woke up to a cockroach walking on the wall too. Honestly save yourself some time and book something else. We were glad it was only for one night.

It's listed as 20 minutes from Haneda airport by car. It's more like 1h. Don't take a taxi. Pictures of the hotel is not representative of the reality - much older structure, dirtier and smelly. Walls are so thin, door has gap. We can hear everything including the trains, trucks and anyone passing around. It's more on a capsule hotel facility, but very old and dirty. I don't recommand even for 1 night.

The room was clean and spacious, great for a group of six people. The hotel is near the Nakai station so it wasn’t too difficult to travel. The hotel is also near foodchains and some restaurant, and convenience stores, there’s also a nearby ATM and vendos.

The property is close to transportation and food places. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kang-san make a delicious gim bap. However the floor in the room needs to be cleaned better especially under the beds and table. Also the shower floor needs to be scrubbed.

Basic room review. My basic room is exactly this. The aesthetics are not pleasing, but it provides a small space to rest and unpack your bag. Shared toilet and shower. It is quiet, very clean, and the check-in and staff experience was faultless. Coin laundry and dryer available onsite.

Nothing shinjuku about this property. Probably the worst hotel ive stayed at. It felt like a prefab structure. Anyone off the street could just walk up to your hotel room door. Theres no corridors and rooms like a normal hotel. The rooms are outside inside a glorifed garage. The room was horrible and dirty. It was not maintained well. It had hairs in the shower (which also had no shower curtain and was coming from a pipe from the sink tap). Leftover shower gel still in the bathroom. I wasnt even sure if the towels were clean. My heart sank when i first seen the room. Looks nothing like the pictures. On top of that, the walls were thin and i could hear a group of people laughing for hours. I was booked in for the final 2 days of my 3 week trip in japan. But i left after 1 day. I couldnt subject myself to the torture of this room and risk ending my amazing trip on such a sour note. The only positives were that the surrounding area was quite nice and quaint and i was allowed to check in earlier than 15:00. Avoid this place.

You get what you pay for the price.. Unlike the usual hostels in Japan, this place is like a slum and is very sketchy. The rooms are divided literally by paper, no walls in between. You also have to sleep with the light from the walkaway and the noise from any room on the floor. The room itself is very very small and dirty. There is only one shower room for female guests in the entire hostel. The bathroom sink is always dirty and the trash is always full. Only one laundry machine and unbelievably expensive. The laundry machine also looks very dirty. The only good sides.. Front desk staff is friendly, and the place is close to train station that is two stops away from Shinjuku. No sleep quality at all. This was the worst hostel experience ever in my life and luckily we only booked one night.

4人１室で宿泊。ベッド2つと、3畳の畳にマットと敷布団を重ねて２人で就寝。畳は傷んでいました。冷蔵庫内に傷んだゆで卵があって不快でした。共同のシャワー室も3つはありましたが、鍵がかからないところがひとつあり不便でした。料金を考えれば、寝るだけと割り切れば、駅からも近く良いです。

It’s what you expect from capsule hotel, a bed showers, luggage storage the usual business. What does knock it down from being an 8/10 to a 7/10 is requesting a non smoking bed and then being directly placed adjacent to the smoking balcony which had the smoke smell leaking into the hallway.

The convenience right next to Nakai station and quiet area made this an excellent little escape from the rest of Tokyo. I would definitely recommend it. Just remember that it is a hostel and not a hotel. Even if you book a private room like we did, you will not receive the same ammenities and the place likely hasn't been updated in decades. So the faucet in the bathroom sink is going to slosh water on the floor. The aesthetic isn't going to be the most appealing. You basically receive a small 1 bedroom in Tokyo for an extremely affordable price though. The group hostel rooms were even cheaper. It was the perfect spot for us.

Second time in this hotel. Very quiet area, charming place with restaurants, river, sentos... hotel staff very helpful, clean room and shower. Very good price. I will come again :)
