This is an excellent place to stay. It's conveniently located and the park, play, shop, sleep setup is wonderful and offers everything you need. The staff at the hotel are incredible and are such a pleasure to interact with, lots of amenities, spacious and clean rooms. The location is ideal and it worked perfectly for me to get around to the different areas of the city. Really enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Great option in an excellent location in the heart of Shibuya. Bunk room is small, ok for 2 people but would be very tight with the specified 3 people. The lobby has a big common working space and cafe that makes it a nice space for a coffee and to catch up on email or work.

Check in went smoothly. Room was expectedly efficient, clean, well appointed. Location is great. The coffee shop had good coffee and pastries. No daily turndown service though. We only had 1 towel in a "double" room.

What a beautiful hotel with such lovely attention to detail! It’s clean, modern, convenient, has friendly staff and is directly on top of some fun shops and amenities!!! It’s walking distance to public transport, close to Shibuya scramble and great shops. My only issue was that I didn’t have space to keep my luggage bag open, as the floor space is very limited, so I had to climb over my bag or pack it up and away each time I used it. Overall a wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to return!

Amazing hotel. Location is perfect and the staff are so lovely. My dad and I stayed there for 4 nights, left Tokyo for 2 nights and they stored our luggage and then we came back and stayed for 1 more night. There is a nightclub underneath the hotel and they moved our room up to be away from the vibrations. The rooms are very clean and bright. Would stay again.
