VIP accessについての知識が全くなく、受ける気がない。 明らかに空室がある様子であったにも関わらず、確認してきますの後に空室がある場合のみの対応で本日は空室がありませんとのこと。 部屋も底辺グレードであり、廊下では清掃員が24時間働いていたため、ずっとドアの開閉音が響き渡って不快。VIP accessに設定されていたため他のホテルより割高ではあったものの予約したのですが、最低なホテルでした。

フロントの対応最高でした。

禁煙室を取ってたつもりだったのですが、喫煙室になっていました。 お願いすると空室があったようで急遽変更対応してもらえました。 とても良かったです。
