Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room. Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities. JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers. Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. Clean and quiet space in Asakusa, though a little far from the train stations (15 mins walk). Would recommend using the bus (46, T08) to get there faster or taxi if necessary. Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

Great location near Asakusa station. Perfect for travelling around Tokyo and going to Haneda airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Room was spacious for Tokyo standard and had large beds. Very modern and comfortable. Just wish theyd got a bar at the hotel for evening drinks after a day out.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely wonderful and in the best location. I had the best time and the hotel really made the trip. Spacious rooms and a great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!
