"Room condition is very good. I am always worried about AC noises, but this room AC noises didn’t bother me at all, very quiet. Cleaning service has done well. Good bonus is I can see light show in my room facing to Tokyo government building for free. Location is good to take metro and JR. will be back too."

"When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so you could feel the stress when you needed help. The room was clean overall but the room was very old and outdated and you needed to use the big light to turn on all the small lights which I found strange. We only stayed one night thank goodness because we were flying out the next day."
