"It was very clean. Loved the Lawsons that was in the hotel super convenient! There was 2 restaurants in the hotel. We got clean towels daily they would hang them outside the room doors. If I remember correctly they cleaned the rooms every 3 days."

"I genuinely cannot think of any negative experiences at this hotel. It was such an amazing place for my stay, I couldn't of asked for anything more. It has a high class feel, the staff were all so helpful and kind wanting to help when they could. The cleaners daily visit left the room refreshed for when we returned. The room size was more than enough with great views over Shinjuku and it was nice and quiet. As with Tokyo in general the hotel too was spotless, every part was nice and clean. I think if I had to think of something that wasn't great (which is a challenge), I would warn others about the elevators. The doors don't wait, they will close on you I saw it happen and had it happen to both of us. You don't get a lot of time to enter the elevator so you need to be ready when the doors open. Besides that, the hotel and all the staff helped make it a perfect holiday for me. ありがとうございます"
