There are two hotels with the same name within a block away. The one at Innovation City behind the train station is the newer building of the same hotel chain. Breakfast are excellent, room are clean and comfortable bed. Super convenient, highly recommended!

Nice hotel close to Haneda airport

Nice, clean and large room. Comfy bed. The free shuttle bus to Haneda airport (before the first train available) for early departure is really a bonus. Check in/ check out is super efficient. Short walk to the nearest train station

Very conveniently located close to Haneda Airport = great. New, very clean room. Not great = There’s another Keikyu EX Hotel not 200 meters away that’s more obvious than the one in “Innovation City” and walking between them was awful because of road construction.

It’s close to the airport but a bit confusing to navigate for someone brand new to the area/here for an overnight layover. There’s a shuttle that goes from the hotel to the airport (and not vice versa) but it’s important to follow the signs precisely and use one specific elevator in the hotel lobby (there are other buses that go to the airport so it’s confusing). Breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

Not so bad, love it actually

Our experience in this hotel was too short to tell as we only stayed here for a night and left the next morning for our flight. Check in was easy through a kiosk provided. The room was as expected; the bed was comfortable, and it was clean. There are laundry facilities and a bath area. There are also dining restaurants outside the hotel, pharmacy, convenience store etc. You can see the runway from the area too… It was nice so far. Would totally come back

My honest opinion

This hotel and staff was amazing. The hotel is located just steps from Zepp Haneda concert venue and there was a few restaurants and a conbini store close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was lots of amenities like free tea, coffee, and hygiene products. There were also lots of vending machines, laundry machines and a smoking room. I had only 1 thing that I had issue with (and this was strictlymy own opinion) that was the lack of night life close to the hotel. On the plus side, only steps away fron the hotel there was an escalator going down to Tenkubashi Station, from there you can get into the train system and go anywhere you want. Over all I consider this hotel a gret stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the property was immaculate. The comute to the airport was amazingly eazy. So in conclusion, I would definitely stay here again.
