The spa is amazing. The indoor pool on the 28th floor is incredible. Separate male and female dressing rooms and saunas are available.

I never write reviews, however the staff at the JW in Tokyo go far and beyond excellence to make your stay and experience first class. From the time of your arrival until you leave and they all wave goodbye, you are made to feel special. Very nice experience.
