We loved this hotel! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They offer terrific amenities like drinks and toiletries. We loved our private sauna and it was easy to use. The location is great, walking distance to subway stations, stores, and restaurants. We slept well here due to quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

The Hotel Villa Fontaine is a great place to stay, it's in a decent location and a short walk to a lot of fun and interesting stuff. The rooms are typically small so if you have more than 1 bag each space gets a bit tight. The staff is a east 10 out of 10 for being helpful and polite. I truly felt welcomed here. If I ever find myself back in the area I would certainly look to them again.

This was our first hotel in Tokyo and it was a great way to start. Conveniently located in Shinjuku, it was awesome to walk just a couple of blocks and be right amongst the Shinjuku scene and energy. The staff was very helpful as we were getting settled. Fun interior with the neon. Fun place to stay at a great price.

We had a great stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Shinjuku! The staff were very friendly and nice and always greeted us whenever we left and came back. The rooms are small, so if you are looking for a bigger room this might not be the place, but small rooms are very typical in Japan! We had no problem being in the room with two carry on suitcases and one check-in sized bag. The bed was also super comfortable. We would stay here again! Helpful staff. Amenities were lux, loved the hotels pj and convenient location. If you need a courtesy umbrella ask for one. We couldn’t see them so unnecessarily bought one.
