Small room but the amenities and location are worth it! 5min walk from the station and one ride away from shibuya or an extremely short taxi ride. For me, the best perk is the 711 and bathhouse right next door. Also, the hotel restaurant (massif) food and drink are phenomenal. Property staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome! If you are looking for something that is cost efficient and a cozy/simple stay then this is a great place.
Affordable but otherwise very small room with no TV. Room is clean and amenities are alright.
Biggest upside is the location which is basically next to the Meguro river, also walkable to Nakameguro station. Also a short walk to Ikejiri-Ohashi station on the Denentoshi-line, one station away from Shibuya.
One thing to note is that the locks to each hotel room is electronic, so the room will auto-lock you out after check-out time ( 11am ) on the day you leave.
I was locked out when I was clearing up trash from my room, luckily one of the cleaning staff was around to get me in again. The hotel concierge staff is only available after 2pm.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The property is a longstay with private bathrooms and a public kitchen. The building's interior looks like its halfway through renovations and other parts feel a bit old albeit functional.
My room personally wasnt too gross but upon further inspection there was some trash between the wall and the bed from the last occupant. The matress isnt terrible, and has a sanitary topper under the sheets which was clean which put me at ease.
In the local area there are a few convenience stores and some nice local dining options, as well as being in walking distance of a train station.
Rather than using keycards everything is done by door codes, so when you check out you wont need to speak to any staff, just be sure to be out of your room by check out time.
The reception was not staffed, the sauna was still under construction, and the first floor was also under construction, so the impression was not good. In addition, the phone inside the room was a non-working ornament, and neither Instagram DM nor reservation platform answered, and I managed to communicate by e-mail. The room was very narrow and there was no guidance on the luggage storage space under the bed, so I felt very uncomfortable using it. I think we should guide you to one person instead of a maximum of two.
I'd like you to prepare a pamphlet for the minimum guidance. As I thought, the accommodation in Japan was very small, but I've never been in such a small place. It was a very inconvenient place for travelers to use.
