Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a bit small but sufficient for our needs (which was two rooms for a family of 4) Everything in the room worked, was clean and were in good condition. Great location with lots of restaurants in the area and easy walking distance to a couple of the major train lines so you can explore Tokyo.

The room had a weird smell. Especially the bathroom. If you have bad allergies or get sick easily, I would not recommend. The pictures are way better than the reality. The staff were very friendly though. The beds are also super hard.

First off, all of the Front Desk staff are very professional and helpful. Most of them, during our stay, spoke English well. The hotel is a bit older than "the Premier" property a few blocks away. So do not expect perfect conditions in-room. That said, there seemed to be a lack of the typical Japanese 'white glove' treatment. There was mildew in the grout of our bathroom. The head board of the bed had a good amount of dust collected on it-- easy enough to remedy ourselves w a wet towel but... Otherwise, it got the job done for a good price in an amazing location for subway or JR surface transits. Tokyo Tower is just a few blocks away. Lots of hole-in-the-wall eateries in the immediate area and two Family Mart convini less than a block away. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This is an excellent location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a laundromat two blocks away. The staff was attentive and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are good size and are cleaned on request. If I had to give one fault it's there is only one lift for this hotel which sometimes needs a short wait. But that's not a big issue. I will return again to this hotel. Thanks.
