Brand new hotel that opened on March 28th. Very long, open lobby floor. Comfortable room. Room was always kept clean everyday. Staff was helpful. Received a welcome drink. Location is close to the station, although it can be easily missed. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It’s a nice hotel, with a nice view. It’s in a cool location with really nice shops and convenient if you take the train. The only issue is that it’s kind of out the way. Uber/Taxi will drop you off across the street and you have to walk thru the train station, go up some escalators to get to the hotel.

A brand new hotel with the upscale look and all the amenities you can want! The room was very clean and the staff were pleasant. I stayed 2 nights only but wished i stayed much longer. Very convenient hotel with restaurants and cafes downstairs. Would definitely come back again. A+

The cleaning in my room was inconsistent. The area for putting my toiletries and tea items was limited. And I understand that my items were untidy. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. Also the housekeeping staff was loud during their shift and were calling each other in the corridor. Not all stay guests leave the room, especially if they are staying overnight. More discrete conversations and attention to their volume of their voices should be considered.

Dit hotel zit op een uitstekende locatie. Veel winkels er omheen. Metrostation is naast t hotel. Loopafstand is slechts 5 minuten. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is wel elke dag tzelfde. Ben je gauw op uitgekeken. De kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Minpuntje: Er is geen kledingkast in de kamer. Je leeft dus uit je koffers.Alleen een rekje voor je jas bij de deur. Desondanks zou ik dit hotel zo weer boeken.

3泊しましたが、朝食は３日とも全く同じメニュー且つ品数も少なく飽きました。 メインを3種類の中から選ぶのですが、提供が非常に遅く…正直、朝食を付けたプランにした事を後悔しました。ホテルの周りは飲食店だらけなので、立地は良かったので、次回宿泊する際は、朝食は付けないでおこうと思いました。

The hotel just opened on March 28, 2025. Loved the location of this modern, beautifully designed hotel. Rooms are of good size by Japanese standard, even its smallest room (Comfort King Room). Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff is helpful. The hotel is directly connected to Oimachi Station, which is just one station away from Shinagawa Station. Great place to base yourself if you plan on doing any day trips. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the hotel complex. It is truly a beautiful hotel.
