I actually changed my accommodations because this was a better value and was so surprised. The staff was amazing, free drinks and food great patios, central location. . The room is larger than most people I had talked to. Really cool vibe.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. I also found it to be quiet and relaxing. It had a sitting area on the roof overlooking the city. It also had a little sitting area just outside of the main lobby that offered a hot water bath for your tired feet. I actually drank my morning coffee in this area while planning my day. I would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel with snacks, soup, coffee, and lots of freebies. Room was cute and well put together. Location was accessible to many restaurants, pubs and bars. It is in the red light district and is a "rest" hotel, but very discreet. Cabs and uber are easy to use and train station is an 11 min walk.

Okay so this is more of a love Hotel but with that said I’d highly recommend staying here. The room was large and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good, staff were pleasant and the amenities were great. Don’t think you’d be able to find a better place to stay in Tokyo for the same price.

As a retired couple from Australia, this was our first ever Japanese hotel stay. We were very happy with our choice. Check in was smooth, with the staff both helpful and friendly. When language was an issue, Google Translate worked a treat both ways. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi, very large TV and a very efficient air conditioner. The supplied products (shampoos, moisturisers, etc) were numerous, very generous and of excellent quality. The provided free facilities in the lobby were also very generous, and included coffee, cold drinks and snacks. The included breakfast was simply amazing. We had the #3 which we enjoyed immensely. On the two days that we were there, we definitely weren’t looking for lunch afterwards! Would highly recommend.

Fun place to stay in Shinjuku. Loads of freebies in the lobby food/ booze/ toiletries. Fun themed concept. We’ve been to Tokyo a number of times and normally stay in traditional hotels, this trip we were passing through for 2 nights and decided to spice it up a bit- no regrets! It’s adults only for a reason… but certainly not sleazy.

A LOT of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Good access to train stations nearby. A lawson convenience store is connected to the building. The hotel does have coffee, soda, wine, and snacks in the lobby. A lot of amenities available in the lobby as well! Staff was very nice, if they did not speak a lot of english they used a translator on ipad. I loved my stay here!

Omg! The best hotel!! I loved everything about it! The room was beautiful and spacious! Loved the bluetooth speakers! The top and lower deck really gives the glamping lifestyle! There are sooooo many complimentary items and snacks in the lobby it’s like heaven😍 overall 10/10 would recommend!
