Convenient and lively location, but tight on storage space
Overall, we had a good stay. The room itself was nice, though it was quite small—fitting two pieces of luggage was a tight squeeze, but we made it work. The bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a plus, but it unfortunately lacked counter space for toiletries and didn't have enough hooks or bars to hang towels.
The location is incredibly convenient for getting around, with the train and subway stations right nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the door. Just a heads up on the neighborhood: this specific area of Shinjuku is very lively and nightlife-heavy. If you aren't into the party scene, you might want to look for a hotel in a quieter part of the district.
Rooms were clean, and well maintained. The property was modern and conveyed a luxury experience.
Access to washing machines and vending machines was a bonus.
The breakfast was alright. It had some staples and all the basics, but it could have had a more diverse selection of food.
Staff were very courteous and helpful. We did not have any issues at all. Location is convenient, close to Shinjuku station, restaurants and Don Quixote! :) Very safe to walk alone even late at night. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made it very convenient to explore the city.
The hotel was clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room, however, was quite small, although that's fairly common in Japan. The bed was comfortable enough.
The breakfast was decent, but in my opinion it wasn't worth the 2,200 yen, especially compared with the excellent breakfasts we had at other hotels during our trip.
Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location and kind staff.
If you planning to do laundry while you stay, do not choose this hotel!
they only have three machines and it’s impossible to get to them.
breakfast is OK. Rooms are super small.
Stuff is very helpful. They go out of their way to help you with direction or anything you need.
Stayed 3 nights in a room for 3 adults. Rooms are small just like most hotels in Tokyo. Refrigerator in room. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located next to restaurant’s & entertainment. There is only 4 washers/dryers so doing laundry is a bit of a barrier since hard to find available washers, however staff is helpful to remove close that is just left sitting for long periods of time.
Great hotel overall, certainly recommend and we will come back should we visit this side of the world again. It’s spotless and very well maintained. 5 mins walk from the shopping strip and 13 mins walk to Shinjuku station (which is serviced by all the major line, it does own the title of the busiest train station for a reason). Breakfast was good as well (although we did have the exact same menu everyday for the 3 days we were there, if you are staying longer it might get boring).
However, our stay was made especially great by “Ping”. She always welcomed us with a charming smile (no matter how early or how late), she makes an excellent effort to first listen to you and then help you with whatever you need, she’s absolutely fantastic and is an asset to the hotel (if management is reading this she should definitely be gratified for her excellent work.
I booked a twin room for my teenage son and me, but we found the room to be too small. The hotel is very well located, and everything else was excellent. It is a great option for solo travelers.
Hotel is good, Service is good, Room is good, but breakfast is very bad. Please improve breakfast by adding more food options, such as fried eggs, ramen, udon, etc.
The staff was wonderful and the rooms we nice. We did appreciate the strong air conditioning and great shower. We wish the breakfast was better and that it was replenished more often.
Staff very friendly and helpful, we stayed for a week and had no issues whatsoever. It’s very convenient to stores and pharmacies very centrally located to restaurants and train stations.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great place. Surrounding area is a bit messy since it’s Shinjuku but I loved it.
Great hotel for our family trip. Rooms were clean and spacious (for japan), staff were super helpful. Little bit of red-light district outside never hurt nobody 😅 Would recommend
I loved my stay on this particular hotel. Its very convenient, close proximity to Shinjuku but far enough from the busy streets. I love the free breakfast food but i would suggest to atleast change the food every other day instead of serving the same exact selection, but other than that it was amazing! I like the front desk staff are very welcoming and always greeting us.
