Great area in Ueno - directly across from the beautiful park and close to the subway. It was very clean. Breakfast was good as was the Onsen! The room was immaculate with everything you could think of. We’ll stay here again.

This newer hotel was perfect for our family of 4! The room was spacious and clean and the bunk beds were a huge hit with our daughters (ages 8 and 12). Location was good with lots of food and shopping nearby and close to Okachimachi station for easy metro access. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other, smaller hotels we stayed at in the vicinity. Would highly recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was excellent right beside a lake, temple, and beautiful Ueno park. The only other thing I would have appreciated at this hotel was if there were public baths that allowed for a cover/swimsuit.

The hotel is centrally located a short walk from Ueno Station and Ameyoko. It looks new and room is extremely clean and well furnished (includes a kitchenette), and is generously sized to fit three adults. The public bath is a nice bonus and rare for hotels in this area.

Wha a beautiful hotel!! We stayed in a deluxe family room and it was very roomy and beautifully designed! Location was super convenient from train station (arriving from Narita airport and departing JR train the next day). Wish we had longer at this hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. The front desk employee Diana stood out, as she is very helpful, multilingual, and smart. If &Here was my company, I would promote her to a managerial or executive position. She would excel. The Onsen is clean and lovely, and a highlight of the hotel. Great to have a cafe at the hotel too. The hotel location in Ueno is superb.
