I loved staying here for 3 adults. Service was amazing my only concern was the amount of space we had in the room and the bathroom. We were so cramped due to the small space and had 3 large luggage plus carry ones and personal bag so barely any room to move around. Everything was clean, well kept and super tourist friendly.

Booked the Panda room and stayed for 6 nights. It was a good size for a family of 4. Laundry room was on the same floor. They changed our towels and made the bed daily. Its a short walk to Tawaramachi station-connected to Ginza line.

The Hotel stay was great, the Panda room was spacious and we liked the fact that they had available toiletries without having to ask guest services. We also liked that we were able to store our luggage before and after our stay using their lockers near the lobby and being able to use the vacuum seal bags for our big bulk items such as plush toys.

I forgot all about the holographic receptionists after I booked, and it was a fun surprise. Honestly this is a great hotel in a great spot about a 15-minute walk from Sensō-ji and very close to a station letting go you get around Tokyo easily. Lots of amenities like toothbrushes, lotions, washcloths and robes near your room. I did ask the staff for extra pillows and received them quickly. There's a breakfast room with ufo games (claw machines), manga (in Japanese), a bar (never went but nice that it was there), a sake/whisky dispenser in the lobby, and a Family Mart on the ground floor (get a FamiChiki, egg sandwich, and some snacks). Unless you have your heart set on a ryokan, this is a great place to stay in Asakusa.

The breakfast was surprisingly really delicious and lots of variety. The amenities excellent. The room well kept and clean we stayed at the corner suite room with the skytree view and every single penny worth it. I will for sure miss it. Staff very helpful too and the family mart right beside it has everything u need from forwarding luggage to food to travel items. Everything. 7-11 right across from it. Located in the perfect location in Asakusa near Senso-ji temple and local touristic areas. It definitely was a pleasant experience. Thank you very much

The room is on the smaller side but this isn’t too bad for Tokyo. There’s a ‘tumble dryer’ in your room which was convenient. Family Mart downstairs worked so well for us either for morning or late night snacks. The location is fairly convenient to get around Tokyo.
