The person at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my reservation. The hotel was VERY quiet considering proximity to the busy area. 10 - 15 minute walk to Memory Lane and Shinjuku Station. We’ll stocked convenience stores nearby. Twin bed room was small but comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The panoramic triple room was great. Biggest room we had while in Japan and at an excellent value for Tokyo. Nice view, pretty quiet neighborhood but still very close to Shinjuku. And plenty of good food within 2 blocks 2 Family Marts within 2 blocks of the hotel. Staff was friendly and kind. Laundry room is open 24/7. They will watch your luggage for a bit. Didn't try the restaurant. But good hotel!

Was a great spot to stay for exploring the Shinjuku area. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of food options, bars, shopping and convenience stores close by. The room was pretty small but it worked just fine.
