Located about 6 minutes walk from Hibiya Line H12 station exit A3. Within 5 minutes of 7-11, Family Mart, and plethora of restaurants (most were closed for New Year's holiday). I was in room 704. Appears to be an older building. Last minute find. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Amazing water pressure for shower (seems typical in Japan). Small but comfortable room (could use some layout changes to maximize space but this is me whom likes to change the furniture to suit my tastes). I would recommend this hotel as it is 3 stations (H12 to H9) to Ginza or you can walk to Ginza (about 25 minutes or so).

The room was very cramped for 2 adults but the staff were fantastic and the hotel is handy to two subway stations and an easy walk to Tsukiji Fish Markets.

Very good, convenient with washer.

A bit small for a couple but that's probably fairly normal for Tokyo. Location was good, not too far away from the metro system. There are two washing machines and two dryerd which was great as we were in the middle of a five week long trip.

Felt more like an apartment stay without kitchen.

Good enough for short stay. Since I stayed there alone, I’m not sure how big a room is for two people but it was good enough of everything for budget stay. A lady at the reception when I checked in was very kind and generous.

Only 3 reasons that made this tiny room tolerable! At reception, Anu (from Nepal) gave excellent service, she is so nice, helpful, & awesome! The shower pressure is amazing, but didn't like the mirror in the shower. The cleaning staff is very efficient. Only downfall is the tiny size of the room, the size of a hallway!

Probably an old apartment converted to a hotel. From an American standpoint, this is a motel - just way nicer than any motel in the US and not as nice as any other budget hotel in Japan.

Shower had mould all over. We asked for a new room and they said they were fully booked. We called back and said we would give a 1 star rating, and all if a sudden the room next door was available for us. AC never worked past 28C. They gave us a fan.
