The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. I love the hotel's location because it's in the middle of all the other cities. It was easy to get around.
Easy check in, clean rooms. Please note - rooms / bathrooms are really small

My 5th time staying here and never have any issues.
Rooms are comfortable for a relaxed nights sleep after a big day out walking.
Great spot right above train station, konbini, cafe, restaurants and a McDonald’s across the road.

Seamless check and in check out. Made up our room and replenished new sets of towels and bed sheet.
Downside, we are facing the main road so it was very noisy at night.
Location is 10/10, with the Higashi-Shinjuku train station next door to the hotel, loads of restaurants, 7/11s, and a coffee house nearby.
Perfect for location and walking distance to Shinjuku.
Would definitely stay here again.
Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Good Location. Train station nearby is a great amenity.
Staff were helpful and kind and spoke basic English.
Stayed here for 2 Tokyo trips now. Still my favorite hotel to visit, staff is friendly and helpful, luggage delivery is available and this hotel is right next to the train station, like 5 steps from the door. Highly recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly option.
Pros: Great location—close to shops, with a subway station right beside it and plenty of stores nearby, making it easy to get around.
Cons: The hotel staff didn’t come across as very friendly and seemed to rush me when I went to collect our delivered luggage. I was alone with four large suitcases, and instead of giving me a moment, they tried to quickly move everything into the elevator or out of the way. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable—the worst out of the three hotels we stayed at over the past few weeks. The walls are thin, so you can hear a lot of noise from other guests, along with traffic and sirens outside.
Would we stay here again? No. I regret booking this hotel and cancelling my previous reservation (like APA Hotel), especially since this one ended up being more expensive than the others.
