This hotel was a good first stay on our first few nights in Tokyo. It’s so close to Shimbashi station there is actually an underground tunnel in the hotel that takes you there. The neighborhood is quieter than some others but there are wonderful eateries nearby under the train tracks. Excellent and helpful staff, a big beautiful comfortable room and lots of amenities. Would stay again and would recommend.

Nice hotel in good location. Just to make sure to book early. Staff were exemplary with their service. The Buffet for breakfast has a good variety and was tasty. The rooms were clean, spacious add comfortable.

This hotel was one of the finest I’ve stayed at in my life! We had a room that included the executive club. Breakfast was included and was your choice of a western breakfast or a Japanese breakfast. The food was amazing and the executive lounge was open most of the day with access to light snacks and desserts. There are a number of restaurants inside this immaculate property. I highly recommend it and would go back!

Excellent room and great location with easy access to trains from the hotel. Limo bus goes directly from Airport too which was a bounce.
