Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice. Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice. I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set).

Absolute perfection!

We stayed here 5 years ago and re-booked for our couples trip. It was just as amazing as we remembered. It has a great location, stunning rooms, and the best concierge we experienced on our 10-day trip to Japan. Just book it!

Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit. The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm. The breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was a bit quieter and slightly less central via the subway, but it was not an issue. Thank you for the special stay.

This is the best 5 stars hotel! Room was a bit small but ammenities were great. The pool and spa staffs were amazing. Will be back soon!

Outstanding Stay for business

Andaz is a stellar hotel. The rooms were roomy and the layout was the best I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous. Views from the hotel were fabulous. The location was close to Ginza and subway. I will definitely stay here again.
