This place was in the heart of Shinjuku. Super convenient if you wanted to stay in that area. Also the bus station dropped you off right in front of it so it’s easy to get to the airport.

People complain that the rooms are small but it is not hidden that these rooms are designed for sleep and go only. The rooms are very clean and so are the halls and facilities. Staff are friendly and daily service was great. There is an onsen also and one of us had tattoos for which the hotel provided free cover up stickers.

This hotel is lokated in a good area for shopping. The famous cat on the screen is very close ;) I like it here more then fhe area around shibuya. Would definatly come back.

Rooms were typically small but functional. Virtually no room for my large luggage and the bathroom was small. Room was just very tight, but it is adequate for one person. It would be hard to fit two people comfortably in the room.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel itself is clean, though quite compact. Transparency about our rating and the Kabukicho area is that there are a lot of young, restless locals hanging around. Being such a hot tourist destination and local bar/party scene, Kabukicho is less clean than other areas of Tokyo and sometimes loud or rowdy. That said: we never once felt unsafe or unwelcome. It’s just a different vibe.
