"We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and was informed that check-in was at 4:00 p.m. there were three other groups who were also waiting to check in. We were informed that our rooms were getting ready and it was obvious that all the people who were waiting were in rooms with two beds. The lobby area tables were dirty with crumbs and leftover food on them. The furniture in the lobby was broken down the seat sagging and it looked like furniture that you would find in someone's den that had been beaten up by the kids. We were finally sent to a room and when we arrived it had not been touched. We found the maid on the floor she came over to our room and quickly got it ready and that was the one highlight of the state other than that it was fine but nothing special or exciting"

"Room was huge. Clean and neat. Pool area was small but nice. Exercise room was small but had several very nice treadmills with extensive options. Parking was in basement garage. Only had a 6 ft 6 inch height opening. Fine for our small car, but would not accomodate oversized pickups. Plenty of parking on street which was in a safe neighborhood. Parking was an additional $20 per night. Regular options for breakfast plus 2 types of waffles, and scones. Nice little bar on site with indoor and outdoor seating. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to other restaurants and bars. Will stay again."

"Staff sold my booked room I had on hotels.com. Didn’t have a place to stay. Drove overnight 5 hours home. Front desk worker was robotic and had no empathy. "

"Located on the campus of Washington University right next to Forest Park. It is centrally located. We were lucky enough to sail on the fifth floor. I do have laundry facilities upstairs as well as a coffee, tea refrigerator microwave area not sure if that’s on every floor, but it was on the fifth rooms were very nice bathroom very clean spacious staff was wonderful to deal with. They have a breakfast they offered. It’s $11 per person and it was quite tasty. Did not partake in dinner, but it appears that you bar restaurant was always busy in the evening. My only complaint was the bad it was way too firm for me and my wife. We are used to phone memory foam mattresses and these were way too Steve so we had sore back each morning and we woke up which was a shame because we really enjoyed staying there."

"The breakfast is great. The staff are friendly . When checking out, a person Cleaning was over the top. actually helped us out with our bags and packed them in the car for us and did not expect a tip. The only disappointment was that the pool was supposed to be up and running and wasn’t and they did not offer a discount."
