"I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my son who is in a wheelchair. Nowhere on the listing did it say the unit was up two flights of stairs. The hotel had a room that may have accommodated but I had to work with hotel.com. I chatted with an agent that stated they could not make any changes. Awful. Lost money and had to find another hotel. Completely unacceptable. "

"The only thing that bothered me was that they didn’t have any Concierge service. They were unable to provide additional amenities in the room for our birthday surprise other than that everything was great, and the staff was very friendly, and the property is very swank."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Our room was absolutely disgusting. Red stains on the chair and floor(also in the stairwell). The pillows were dirty, sheets and blankets were dirty, towels were dirty. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I have no idea how this hotel has 3 stars and above a 7 star rating. It was also almost $200 for the room (I've paid less and got better). I'm assuming it cost that much because of its location (it was close to Busch stadium and other places)."

"Room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The shower has a weird door situation. No coffee maker in the hotel and that was disappointing. Their lackluster breakfast is $11 and their restaurant/bar doesn’t open until 4pm. Can’t access TV subscriptions like Netflix or Hulu. Only one night of free parking across the street but then you have to pay daily. Thermostats had a set low point and the room got a little hot. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful. Won’t stay here again, but it wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had."
