"We will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Wash U. Great hotel!"

"Staff was friendly room comfortable and convenient location. the only thing there’s a sewer smell coming from the bathroom that should get looked at."

"Beds did not sleep well. Also disturbing noises above our heads at 4;30 in the morning"

"there was no bodywash or shampoo in the mounted shower amenities and I had to call for replacement, and the housekeeper was end of shift, then take a second shower at a later time. there was no room touchup interstay, there were no trashcan liners so the trashcans were nasty, the shower was mounted wrong and kept falling off its attachment. "I stay here whenever I come to St. Louis because I know that I'll get a great room that's clean, a friendly innkeeper and his dog, and an excellent breakfast to start my day! The location is in a neighborhood right across from Benton Park. Street parking is easy peasy."

"Beautiful accommodations! Helpful staff😊"

"This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people."
