"It was great for the cheapest room around. We were in town for a basketball tournament. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the AC unit we turned it on 60 and it Harley blew out any air but we bought a fan and that solved the problem otherwise everything was great. The staff the young man was so nice. We just loved him and his little doggie."

"STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. This may be my second review ever. The in-room coffee maker and microwave do not work. The coffee maker just dead, and the microwave counts backward nicely, but fails to heat anything or light up inside. The shower takes 10 minutes or more to have hot water arrive, and has about 50% of water come out of the shower head and 50% come out the spout. The morning breakfast is the exact same thing every single day, and it's just baeely edible. No lids were available for the coffee cups. The staff is self-absorbed in their phones, and look angry. The morning of checkout, we we locked out of our rooms and had to have the keys reset. Sadly, paying $250 a night for the Indianapolis 500 weekend was the worst insult of all. I blame Expedia for this horrible experience and caution all to stay away. This hotel is not a value at $69 a night."

"Overall, great place to stay! Not too far away from the airport or downtown. Some decent eating places close by as well. The only thing that I was caught off guard by was the breakfast. It wasn't a priority for me personally, and based on reviews, I got ny expectations up and it wasn't close. By no means is it bad, or the hotel not good enough, but just expectations should be managed correctly. Otherwise, highly recommended."

"Room was fine. Didn’t appear dirty or anything but the area (in general) is pretty secluded. However, this property was NOT worth the $300ish price tag that we paid to stay there (for ONE night). Could’ve scooted down the road to Embassy Suites (where our kids stayed for a school related function) and paid the same price for a much nicer property. Live and learn. Overall, not terrible but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again."

"12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also concerned and needing answers, walking right past them, then casually stroll (as if he had cement blocks attached to his feet) to a room at the very end of the hall to address the smoking issue. Everyone is still confused and asking for answers as he ignores everyone and slowly strolls back to the desk. The smoke alarm went off until 3am. I’ve attempted numerous times to contact someone for a possible refund or SOMETHING to no avail. The entire staff (except one younger girl) was incredibly rude. I called for 3 weeks and every time they kept saying “the manager was in the hospital so there was nothing they could do”. I believed that for maybe a week. The point is don’t waste your money here!! Spend a little more for a better place!"

"The pool and spa were being redone. And they look like they’ll be nice. They were to open the weekend of Memorial Day 2026. The rooms are being updated. Nice gym and a yoga room. There’s continuous security driving around the parking area so it makes that area feel safe. And the staff is exceptionally friendly. I have stayed at very few hotels that actually have this kind of wonderful staff. The bar and restaurant area is very open and bright. Food was amazing for what I was expecting from a hotel."
