Check in was a breeze & the woman at the front desk was very nice. My kids loved the pool and big breakfast! We went to get some of the lemon water which turned out to be the best lemonade I’ve ever had. Good job whoever makes that. The woman at the desk in the evening was super nice she gave my kids some ice cream sandwiches when we came down to get more lemonade. The breakfast host was amazing and had everything ready at 6AM with a great attitude. Didn’t find anything not clean in our room. Everything was great & we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was great. Sheets and bedding were clean (good). I expected more quality for a Hampton Inn overall. Two trash cans in common areas were overflowing. There was gross trash in hallway outside our room when we arrived. Door to room was hard to open and close. Many doors were likes this. Had to slam door to close it. Our room was overdue for a deep cleaning. The top of both bed headboards was coated with dust. Bathroom had long black hair on surface of toilet and seat when I arrived. Bathtub was aged and stained. AC controller on wall stopped working in morning (battery issue?) Older building. For what I paid, I was disappointed.

Front Desk was amazing!!

Our stay was great!! The people at the front desk were super nice, efficient and offered help in anyway possible. Because of them 2 we will be staying here again the next time we come to town.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was kid friendly. Everything was great! Steve at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! The only mild complaint we had was the beds could have been more comfy but they weren’t terrible. Other than that it was perfect!

Everything was great, people nice and accessible room was roomy and had good disabled amenities. I liked the IDEA of the bench that hooked over the side of the tub for handicap seating while showering but it was very heavy to set up and because the shower curtain could not stay in tub, nor go over the bench, water ran off the bench and unknowingly flooded the bathroom and ran under the door and all over the entry way to the room. A lightweight bench to set inside would have been more practical and easier to use. Still a nice stay otherwise.
