"Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit special. The views over the Tower of London Bridge were fabulous"

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...

The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Nettes Personal und sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage"

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing."

"Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, nice room, good location. I will stay again."

"Overall really pleased with our stay. We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it. Overall staff and hotel are excellent. My only issue this time round is that I paid for our stay through Expedia early October when booking. On checkout last Friday 30th Sea Containers have then charged us full price again. I’ve spoken to 4 separate front desk staff to get this resolved as I’ve now had to pay this again off my credit card and on all 4 occasions no-one has resolved this or called me back...

"Hotel was perfect"

"Fuse blew twice in one day. Second time it happened was late at night so had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Fridge switched off during that time so food/drink ended up going to waste. Towel heater in the bathroom wasn’t working, reported twice but didn’t get fixed. Bit of a disappointment overall."
