"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"So, they charged me twice before I even got on the plane. It was a $6000 charge. I immediately notified them and they stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Hmmm. "It is walking distance from Earl's Court station. There are so many diners and supermarkets nearby that no one will be hungry. I like the quiet corner of my 2nd floor room. Though there is no water bottles inside the room, it is self-help to get your carafe and fill your drinking water in the lobby. I love it. The front desk is very helpful and it is monitored 24/7. I will return to this hotel when I visit London again."

"The room was clean, spacious & renovated. First time to stay in a vault room ( basement), but nice experience. They have an indoor pool, gym & restaurant . Free washer & dryer which is a big plus, also free laundry soap & conditioner. It’s in a prime location, lots of restaurants around, so it’s highly recommended. "Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. "We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station."
