"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean.
Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens.
This place was a very pleasant find. Tucked away from the hustle of London but very close to a tube...
"This hotel was wonderful. It was right in center of Kensington. Very close to the underground, cafes, restaurants, Hyde park, museums. The staff were extremely nice. Rooms were great. "
"Hotel Xenia was the perfect place for us! Each and every team member was so polite and attentive and made you feel quite welcome. The amenities were great, and the restaurant was sharp, with excellent food! The bed and bedding were sublime and hard to get the leave and get the day going!!
HIGHLY recommend staying here! "
"Staff was outstanding, incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, my room did not have refrigerator, which I found strange. Breakfast was worth the upcharge. "
"Conveniently located steps away (literally 10 steps at most?) from Gloucester Road tube station. Quiet and safe neighborhood with dining options along with a Waitrose and Tescos steps away. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Highly recommended!"
"The staff were amazing and very helpful. Was nice to be able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel while we waited for check in and even after check out.
Really clean rooms.
Great location.

"My stay at The Kensington Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, but I have to give special mention to Daniela at breakfast—her service was truly memorable and made every morning feel special.
The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Kensington, close to museums, shops, and beautiful streets for walking. The design of the hotel is stunning—very British, elegant, and charming, with every corner feeling refined...
"Small but normal for that area of London. Very nice and well maintained and appointed. A lot of nice restaurants around the corner. Served a very nice dinner and breakfast. "
"This is the most fabulous property. They had it decorated for Wimbledon and gave us strawberries and cream and a Pims upon arrival. The lobby is beautiful, the room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful! Any request we had was promptly granted and the Italian restaurant, “Da Mario,” within walking distance is a must but make a reservation a day or more before. The Indian restaurant next door was wonderful and super fast for take out. The tube is just across the street less than a block. I...
"The rooms were very large and spacey. The hotel was very clean as well. The location was very good as it was right next to a lot of restaurants and the earls court tube station. The price was also bery reasonable."
