"We stayed in the Ember Locke Suite. The kitchen area was nice. It had a two burner induction plate. Washer/Dryer combo was a bonus for sure. Queen size bed with a decent mattress. The pillows were not good. Very flat. A/C in the room was nice to have. We liked the curtain to separate kitchen/dining area from bed. Someone could be up early and relax in the dining area with disturbing the other while they slept. We really liked the area. Kensington/Chelsea Only about a 5 min walk from Earls Court...

"The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"I loved how close it was to the train station. Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Having a fridge in the room was good kept juice cold. Staff were outstanding happy to help in any way. Would definitely recommend ti any looking for stay in London."

"Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people. They do provide a drink voucher in lieu of forgoing housekeeping, which is a nice touch"

"Very happy with our stay. Unfortunately we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room (was unlucky this was during a heatwave) but it was able to be fixed enough for it to work, unfortunately it was still making weird noises during our stay. Brought it up during check out, and was told they’d get it looked at again, so it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. As for the room was very nice and cleaned well every day of our stay. We really enjoyed the fresh water and coffee available at reception...

"Fahad and the team were exceptional. Very proactive customer service and always helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bright and full of amenities. Well stocked too. Internet fast. Facilities were good. Only complaints to balance the review: elevator is super slow and the gym is very limited. Nitpicking here on 2 minor things when compared to the location, cleanliness and dedication of the hotel staff."

"The staff was very kind, especially Mustafa, the young man who Helped with the luggage. He had to carry heavy luggage up the outside stairs all by himself. He was very congenial and kind. A slight disappointment was the time I asked for a printed copy of my hotel receipt, it took management 2 days to comply to my request."

"This is a gorgeous old hotel with so much history! We absolutely loved it- but the staff- particularly George- was fantastic! The high tea and breakfast were worth the price. We will definitely be back but next time we’ll upgrade to a bigger room. Loved our experience- highly recommend!"
