Beautiful spacious room. Clean,lovely beds with great bedding. Water and toiletries all in place ,also good choice of tea and coffee. Great location gorgeous our needs and great price for London. Staff polite and attentive. Loved my stay there.

I like the quiet location. It’s close to the train station and most of the interesting attractions are easily accesible by public transport or by walking. The room amenities are great, too. Staff are wonderful, too.

The room was quiet and clean. The staff was excellent with helping me with my needs. I was glad I didn’t purchase the breakfast. The morning that I was going to have breakfast on my own at the hotel, it was open or ready. I had a tour to meet up with and couldn’t wait.

The hotel is wonderful, clean with nice tub and shower. Nice staff. The only complaint is that room cleaning in the morning shouldn’t begin at 9:15. I had to put up a do not disturb sign the rest of the time during my stay. It’s a ridiculous time for the staff to ask to clean.
