Honestly this hotel was soo amazing could not give a single fault from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave the staff are so welcoming and so nice, and it just smelt very nice when you walk in and through out the whole hotel might I add. we got early check it witch was a bonus and our room was so so clean and spotless I would definitely recommend and if I ever stay in London again I will be choosing this hotel thank you

Wonderful hotel, convenient to tube stop and many sites. Staff was absolutely fantastic - EVERYONE of them - reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Couldn't have asked for friendlier or helpful staff. And I can't forget the gentleman at the door; always greeted us with a smile and a good morning/evening. Finally, don't skip the breakfast buffet; one of the best I've had in London

The room was very clean, comfortable bed and a great powerful shower. I slept well and was not disturbed by being on the train side of the building. The staff were really helpful and friendly, not easy in a big busy hotel. Breakfast food was good and great value for London.

This is our 3rd time staying here. It is a perfect place to start your adventures. It is close to the Kensington High Street Station, the Circle Line and District Line trains are really great to get to everything. Super close to Hyde Park for a lovely walk through.
