Das Zimmer war okay aber etwas klein. Das Fenster war ganz zu öffnen aber klein.
Bett war sehr bequem.
Bad hat super funktioniert.
Frühstück war eine super Auswahl und Gym sowie Spa waren ebenfalls angenehm.

"Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande. "

"Excellent hotel property! This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Quarter. The area is safe and friendly. The hotel staff is very accommodating and professional. I especially appreciated their quick responses and being able to provide suggestions on the different sights to see in Hanoi. The pool and rooftop bar are a gem and have a great city view during sunsets. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking. "
"And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and bright and the aircon is adjustable the cold level we like for the very hot Hanoi weather.
The reception staff Apple, Hieu, and Lee were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with smiles, provided useful tips on locations of good food and day trips suggestions, asked us where we had been...
"Great hotel with wonderful staff. They were fantastic in assisting us with forward bookings, and even packed us off on our journey with food to keep us going. A new hotel so everything works. Best shower that we have had in Vietnam if not ever. Pool was working but a bit small and poolside bar was yet to be developed. Highly recommend and we will be back when returning to Hanoi."
