Rooms were very clean. Beautiful lobby. Amazing breakfast, worth paying extra to include with your stay. The rooftop pool was nice but a little cold for my kids. The only downside is the street in front of it is very busy. Not much to be done about that unless you stay in the French quarter instead.

Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.

Perfect

We stopped at this wonderful hotel fo 3 nights, we can not fault one single facet of this establishment. From the staff,to the location it was beyond perfect. They couldn’t have been more accommodating nor more kind. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.
