Toby was amazing 10/10 customer service. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful 8/10 Breakfast in the basement and food options were terrible. Dining options overall were limited 2/10 Most of the bedrooms have no windows which felt very uncomfortable. Mattress quality was bad, however the room and bathroom interior is beautiful and clean. Hotel in a great location.
