"The place is super nice! Small, but that was expected. And we loved that there was a kitchenette and a washer in the room, they were extremely useful. Communication through the Expedia chat was fine, but their recommended chat didn’t work for me. Also, check in was a bit bumpy but they solved everything through the Expedia chat. Also, just a heads up: everything in the room is in Japanese only, so be sure to have a translator app. Overall a great experience "

"This is a great place to stay for a couple days. Its right next to a bunch of intersting places and about a 30 min walk from dotenbori. The room had enough space for me and my things, and great amenities. I'd recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area."

"The room was fantastic! It was super clean and quiet despite being close to all the shops. It was super walkable to get to the metro and all attractions around it. The beds were clean, excellent refrigerator and freezer. And bonus, it had laundry! We would definitely stay here again in the future!"
