Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3..."
