"I had inadvertently booked a for a week later and didn’t realize it until check- in ; the reception agent worked with me to find a room anyway but could not honor my Expedia price due to MY error. I was pleased and would stay again"

"Breakfast was lacking in assortment. Heavy highway noise effects sleeping. "

"Did not clean room well. We could tell desk tops not wiped. Trash not emptied. Did not renew items needed for morning coffee. Gap in sliding window. Could not completely close it shut so cold air blowing in. Will not stay again. "

"Clean rooms ,dresser drawer would not stay closed. Kids being loud after 10.00,back door was popped open .and coffee was very week. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oh my stay was for 3 people and cleaning people will only put 2 big bath towels out Both of my stays had to ask for an extra bath towels. So take extra towels if there is going to be 3 or more people."

"Upon arrival we had no one to be found at the front desk. Several minutes later the front desk person showed up. She was kind, no complaints. Upon settling into our room for the night we noticed a bathroom that still had trash from previous guests in the bathroom. The walls and switches had something splattered all over. On the back of the bathroom door were dried drip marks of what appeared to be old bodily fluid. I’ll leave that right there without going further. Our beds had very short dark hairs in the sheets for one bed, and the covers on the other bed had something that was dried and a crusty coating. The suite itself was nice for layout and function, but cleanliness was definitely lacking. Upon checking out a sign in the door said front desk open at 7am. But no one was there yet. Upon calling the number listed on the doors notice, they said they were running late and weren’t in the office yet. Would have preferred to talk to someone in person to discuss what we had experienced, but no luck before we left. Cleanliness goes a long way when being remembered for a first time guest. "
