Found a Walmart near the hotel. Staff was great! Room was clean when I checked in. Only problem was that it was non smoking and someone was smoking weed on my floor 😞. Other than that I will definitely be back on future vacation 😁

Exterior Entrance had caught fire, so was very vacant looking upon entry, but once inside the staff are very courteous, go above and beyond to help. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Granted it looks like its been refreshed, but housekeeping has kept it clean & welcoming.

This place was a good stay. A few issues I had was television wouldn’t connect to WiFi I told staff and he said he will be up. I told him it is fine to go in while we are gone. I explain we heading out. Came back to the room after being on Beale st. Having a good time. We came back with dinner and to the microwave wouldn’t work and also the tv still was not connected to WiFi . I had to put on clothes go down stairs to warm up dinner.

front of the hotel was under construction and there were no signs guiding you to the back door. you just drive around and try to figure it out. room was clean. staff was nice. common areas were the big problem. breakfast was terrible, they served cereal & oatmeal but had no spoons. no napkins. only tiny plates. no condiments. felt very transient and like no one cared.

Our room seemed clean, and they don't allow pets which is a must for us. Breakfast was a mess. Ran out of coffee, no cream, no tea bags, no sugar, no bowls. Eggs and sausage were cold. Couldn't find the GUEST LAUNDRY door after sorting, detergent and quarters. Although it was a listed amenity and a lobby sign for it, "It wasn't set up yet."

Breakfast was good hot and cold choices. Fruit juices, assortment of teas and coffee. Toast, muffins, waffles and cereal. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. I have 2 negatives… 1. The WIFI it was not the greatest. Not a problem for me but could be for someone working while traveling. 2. Pillows on the bed were horrible, I would suggest to bring your own. Having said this, I would definitely stay there again.
