"This is our 3rd year here. Rooms are clean, amenities are stocked, employees are polite and friendly. We love hearing the trains! We always request a room to watch & hear trains day & night. "We initially booked the double room and it does look a little bit dated and small. We changed to a twin room to accommodate our luggage space needs better, and the size of the room was significantly better. We could walk comfortably and the rooms were clearly refurbished and in a newer condition. It faces the city so the view was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is situated very ideally. We actually drove, there was not any problems getting parking. Even on foot, we could access convenience stores, luxury shopping and good food very well. The truth is that we really didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area adequately, but we will definitely return to this hotel when we come to Fukuoka again"

"This hotel was very close to Hakata station, so if you are arriving via Shinkansen, you won't have to roll your luggage far to get to it. The entrance is located on a side street, so taxis and cars can pick you up easily. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. "
