The food at the restaurant is amazing too and there is happy hour between 5-6pm every day with delicious cocktails that can be enjoyed by the pool. "The hotel sits on a big island in a small river, with the main river running on the one and a small creek on the other side. The bungalows with the rooms are scattered along the creek and the facilties such as reception, restaurant and yoga shala (also to be used as guest lounge, library and massage place) are sprinkled across a big garden with lots of flowers, fish and sea rose ponds. As the resort does not have any walls (the rooms have), it feels very generous and even bigger as it is. And...

"We loved our room, felt like an escape! Swing and private pool, treehouse…like we were kids again just enjoying the time and each other. Also, a very helpful and kind staff, great bfast delivered to us every morning, wonderful atmosphere all around. Tip: as they say, it’s wise to have a Driver booked ahead of time for your activities. If you use grab, drivers will try to get you to cancel and pay them with cash… That’s our experience at least. So just be aware."
